Start out your day with an easy, refreshing and healthy smoothie ;full of vitamins and minerals. This smoothie will keep you full and satisfied till you are ready for lunch!

Kale Smoothie

  • Servings: 1 cup
  • Yield: 4
  • Prep Time: 5 min
  • Cooking Time: 3 min

Ingredients

  • 1 cup kale
  • 2 cups pineapple
  • 1 meduim apple
  • 2 cups orange juice

Preparation

  1. 1.Blend all of the ingredients together for about 2-4 minutes
