There's this thing mothers say when you ask them how they are.
"Good. You?" is a typical response.
But what they mean by "good" is
Did you get all that from their "Good. You?"
If you didn't, you should.
If you didn't know, now you know.
Mothers are always good because we've got to be; we've got tiny little impressionable, empathetic hearts to tend to.
But let's help mothers feel GREAT.

The next time you ask one how they are doing and they tell you they are good, inform them that you think they're great and be sure to tell them alllllllll the reasons why.
