Schools not Opening and Children creating mess in Home

Its been few months now and my 3 year old daughter hasn't seen school till. She was suppose to get admission,but due to this unnatural situations, all schools are shut down.

My 3 year old daughter keeps creating a mess in the house. She don't play by herself. All 24 hours we cannot be with her.

We as a parent couple,not getting any time for our self as well to work also. Now we are getting in depression. What to do?
