A real life Pokemongo type of game in where I can throw something at my absurd thoughts & feelings would be great!

Lucky or not for me, I was a Social Worker in the past. I am versed and knowledgable about alot of things. About a month ago, I noticed that I was losing my shit.
Anxiety turning to anger, sometimes OCD. Crippling panic attacks. Irrational fears & worries. Constant ugly crying. Overanalyzing why you feel this way. Getting more pissed, at yourself, for feeling this way. Feeling nauseated often. Losing weight. Waking up drenched in sweat. A period that's super early and the heaviest ever. Family adding pressure & no support. Therapist, after therapist who don't call you back or are full. A high-risk OB who apparently doesn't treat post partum a defers you to your PCP. A PCP who doesn't believe in post partum and tells you to work out 6 times a week..because thats normal?!
But anyway, now what? Now I see how frustrating it is when you reach out for help and can't get any. When you are at the end of your rope and you feel like you have no the words of Mister Rogers, "look for the helpers" n'at. Next stop, Dr. Drew!
