Obesity is the precursor to a horde of ailments. The beer fat on your belly might look cute to your wife and friends, but it is actually a silent killer. Rising cholesterol, back problems, breathing difficulties, diabetes, sleep apnea, osteoarthritis, fatty liver problems, and the deadliest of all -̶ heart disease. The list of demons an obese person may face is inextinguishable.

The only weapons against obesity are exercise and a controlled lifestyle, including healthy eating habits. While you cannot always exercise to burn your calories, you can definitely control the intake of your calories and fatty food.

Here’s a 7-day vegetarian diet that will help you lose weight in a healthy manner. Forget the palpitation-giving weight-loss pills that give you abnormal results.
