Hard work is contagious, but so is perfectionism.

Kindness spreads well, but so does unnecessary self-sacrifice.

Busy is a pandemic, and once you're infected, it's a practical guarantee you'll contaminate your loved ones.

Self-care is essential, but so is other-care.

Education is necessary, but so is play.

Health should be a priority, but not an obsession.

Friendships are critical, but not as vital as the one you maintain with yourself.

Marriages need tending to, and even the best ones need more care than you think.

Families are complicated, but then again, so are you.

Life is befuddling,

so is love,

and

so are people.

Every day, we are changing.

Every day we are growing.

Like a butterfly in transformation, each of us has to go through stages.

Let's love and support each other through them.

As a parent, with our own little larva, there is no better example we could set than showing them how humans love one another, because of and through it all.
