This is a recipe that I have been enjoying since my childhood. With every birthday that passed I ALWAYS asked for Chicken Over Rice for dinner! Now the tradition has passed down as we just celebrated my daughter's 8th Birthday with Chicken Over Rice for dinner, her choice of course! She even made it all by herself ;)
Chicken Oven Rice
- Yield: 6
- Cooking Time: 6 hr
- 2-3 Chicken Breasts
- 2 Cans Cream of Mushroom Soup
- 2 C Milk
- Salt & Pepper to Taste
- 3 C Rice, Cooked
- Place chicken breasts, soup, milk, salt and pepper into the slow cooker.
- Cook on low for 6 hours.
- Serve over cooked rice & side of corn and salad for a complete meal.
