Being a working mother in today's highly-chaotic environment is stressful. Between ensuring the kids get to school on time to working full time to cleaning the house everyday, staying calm and focus can seem impossible for even the most organized moms. But it doesn't have to be. As a busy working female, here are a few stress management tips that can help you decompress in a few minutes.

1. Getting into Pilates has been one of the best ways I manage daily stress. It's an effective way to calm my mind while getting in shape after a stressful day. I like to take Pilates' classes four or five days a week or as my schedule allows.

2. When I'm overwhelmed by all of the chores on my to-do list, I ask for help. Whether it's asking a family member for support, ordering groceries online, or hiring a cleaning crew, I've learned that it's okay to ask for assistance. We simply can't do it all.

3. I make it a point to take "me time" everyday. Whether it's waking up early and drinking a cup of coffee alone, going for a stroll mid-morning, or taking a bath in the evening and using a great smelling scent, I take 30 minutes for myself daily. This helps me stay calm and get re-energized.
