Here's a great interview about what it really takes to have more Impact, Influence and Income as an Expert/Entrepreneur. In case you're wondering what this has to do with parenting -- this is what I want my own daughter to learn about how to be successful in life.
CELEBRITY SPEAKING [Interview] | Clint Arthur (Originally published on The Daily Scanner)
When Brooke Shields interviewed me on The TODAY Show, she said that my idea that “Life begins where your comfort zone ends” was “scary.” Most of the stuff I do today is scary to me, because I really do believe that when it’s scary is when it’s really good!

Year after year, month after month, in my professional life, I continue to help people to Be More, Do More and Have More, because I have learned from many of my mentors -- including from Martha Stewart -- that rich people work hard, and I truly believe that. Thriving as an Entrepreneur and standing out from the competition in today's hyper-competitive global economy is a lot of hard work -- because the only real advantage over the crowded competition is who you are.
I help my friends & students position themselves as Celebrities in the eyes of their customers & prospects -- meaning they're someone who people get excited to pay lots of money to for products & services.
From a parenting perspective, if I could get my daughter to understand one thing, it would be this: your #1 job as an Entrepreneur is to raise your Status and become a bigger "Who". If you're not "Who-ing," you are doing the wrong thing. That's what Celebrity Entrepreneurship is all about -- it's exactly the thing that has created a great deal of positive personal & spiritual transformation for my friends & students.
