We're both working our tails off.
And we're both chasing our own trying to keep up with ALL of our living and non-living responsibilities.
And both of those things, well, they leave little time for trying to 'get some tail,' you know what I mean?
So maybe this pandemic season,
(I'm going to call it a 'season,' 'cause makes it sound a little less doom and gloom than reality)
isn't a time where you and yours are going to
get closer than ever,
take a couples vacation,
have time for long, purposefully, drawn-out, intimate conversations about your life and future together.
And do you know what?
It doesn't have to be.
Perhaps the year 2020 is allowing for both you and your partner to individually
acknowledge your weaknesses
realize just how strong you are.
two newly aware and empowered individuals who are fully cognizant of their imperfect, flawed humanness AND their incredible capacity to handle and surpass great challenges,
like working and raising kids during a global heal pandemic,
don't need 2020 to be a dream year.
They just need to be in the year 2020 together --
Rinse and repeat.
