As we pack for the 2nd of our two annual girls trips away, we can’t help but reminisce about last year’s Fall weekend in Boston!

Seven of us managed to have 17 kids cared for, driven to sports, fed and probably (hopefully!) bathed while we were gone! It wasn’t easy to prep for, but in the end it was so worth it. We shared uninterrupted time together, laughed until our faces hurt (and maybe peed a little bit!), acted silly, drank too much, overshared (which we always do!) and strengthened our friendships.

This year we are all a little less anxious about leaving and more excited to go! If you haven’t planned a quick getaway with friends, you should do it now!

In fact, we are using this trip to plan for our big annual spring getaway to Puerto Rico!
