Before the baby came, I worried so much about having all the essentials, the perfect bassinet, the crib, the perfect stroller, the $$$ gliding rocker with the custom cover, the countless accessories. I wish I had saved the money and waited to buy what I really needed, when I needed it.

I sat in the gliding rocker exactly twice. I was so certain it would make breast-feeding effortless or would soothe the baby to peaceful sleep.
