My husband and I read to our boys almost every night. There are some nights it doesn't get done because bedtime becomes the priority. A few of my boys favorite books are Brown Bear, Brown Bear, What Do You See? By: Bill Martin Jr./Eric Carle. Another favorite is Wacky Wednesday By: Theo LeSieg and illustrations by:George Booth. We have read each of these countless times, so many that the pages are a little weathered. One last book. It isn't a popular book, yet. The book was created by a dad (Josh) and his 2 year old daughter, Marley. The name of it is Roara. The main character in the book is a girl dinosaur named Roara. It is adorable!

Reading gives us time to sit together, usually on top of me, and use our imaginations. It is a time of togetherness and love.
