The key for my family to getting out the door on time is preparing ahead of time and having a routine. We pick and set out the clothes for school the night before, I pack my girls school lunches the night before and have them collect them from the fridge before we leave for school in the morning. We eat breakfast, brush teeth and hair and do our bathroom stuff in a routine that works for us. It's the little things you can do to have yourself already set up for the morning that helps. That way if your having a hard time waking up a kid you have some extra time cause you don't have to fight over what they are going to wear it's already set out. Being prepared ahead of time will help you when your on the go.
