Parents, you’ve got questions, we’ve got answers.

Or just as likely, we’ve got questions and you’ve got answers.

To the mama who is taking it all on...

I feel you.

You may be filled up and about to break down, but know you are not alone.

You may be overwhelmed with your to-do list, and the idea of accomplishing it all may feel very daunting.

Some days, even checking off one item, may feel like running a marathon.

I feel you.

You may feel like the days of slowing down are far behind us now, as our world is opening up a bit, and all of a sudden life, work, activities, social gatherings and responsibilities are taking over yet again.

Maybe you are feeling sucked down into the spiral of the funnel again, but hold on tight.

Remember the promise you made to yourself?

The promise of never going back to those day to day moments of chaos?

Well that time is here, my friend, and it’s up to us to decide which direction to go, and which path to choose.

You see, how I look at it, we have a choice this second time around.

I feel you.

Friend, you may feel unfulfilled each day, even though you are taking on so much.

I feel you.

Sometimes we take on so much, but not one element fills up our cup or brings joy to our lives.

I feel you.

We can ask ourselves, as we soul search, what brings joy to our soul?

We can ask ourselves, what makes us happy?
Not, what makes other people happy.

We can ask ourselves, what can we do at the end of the day to fill our hearts up, causing our lips to part, revealing a smile filled with depths of gratitude?

I feel you.

So mamas, let’s not take it all on.

Rather let’s find a balance...

A balance of what we need to do for our families, while not forgetting about ourselves.

A balance where we lay our head on the pillow at night feeling a sense of calm, a sense of peace and a sense of fulfillment.

A balance so we don’t feel, at any moment, we may break and crumble to the ground.

So to the mama who is taking it all on...

I feel you.

Hang in there mama. ❤️
