I just need you to know that I see you.

I see you struggling.

I see you carrying the weight of the world on your shoulders.

I see the way you cling to positive words and hope from others.

I see how desperate you are to have a reason to keep holding on.

I see you doubting yourself and yet trying really freaking hard to quiet the negative voices in your head - those negative voices that try to tell you lie after lie.

But I see you.

I see you trying to believe in the truth.

Because the truth is this -

You are enough.

You matter.

You are worthy of love and happiness.

You CAN get through these hard times - you’ve already gotten through ALL the other hard times in your life.

I see others rooting for you too.

We see you.

Can you see how amazing you are?

Can you see how strong you are?

Can you see the possibilities ahead of you and the wisdom within you?

Believe in what you see before you when you look into the mirror.

See your worth.

See yourself.

Keep going.
