This healthy brunch/lunch option is a great choice when your leftovers would perfectly adorn a dollop of plain greek yogurt.

Yogurt "What's in the Fridge" Bowl

  • Yield: 1 serving
  • Prep Time: 5 min


  • 1 cup Plain Greek Yogurt
  • ¾ cup Roasted Brussel Sprouts (halves)
  • 1-2 oz Roasted Salmon
  • ¼ cup Pomegranate, Goat Cheese Couscous
  • ⅛ cup Chopped Almonds


  1. In a bowl, combine all ingredients in the order listed
  2. Drizzle with honey and/or freshly cracked black pepper
  3. Enjoy!
