Antioxidants are special substances that can help prevent cell damage, especially when the damage is caused by oxidation. In some cases, antioxidants may also reverse some types of damage. Specific types of oxygen molecules can travel through the body and cause damage.

The 3 Minute Antioxidant Brakfast

  • Servings: 1 cup
  • Prep Time: 3 min


  • 200 g yogurt
  • 50 g oats
  • 20 g raw nuts
  • 20 g mix of frozen/fresh blueberries, cranberries, acai berries, goji berries, bilberries


  1. Take a large cup and mix everything as described below.

In a large cup add:

  • The Yogurt
  • The Oats
  • The Nuts
  • The Berries mix
