This silky cheesecake is sugar-free and low carb and no one can tell the difference. Eat yourself skinny with this scrumptious dessert.
- Servings: 1 slice
- Yield: 6-8 servings
- 1 ½ cup graham cracker crumbs
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- ⅓ cup melted butter 5 ⅓ tbsp
- 6 oz cream cheese
- ¼ cup Heavy Cream
- 4 tbsp pyure
- ½ tsp vanilla
- 2 large eggs
- 1 lb strawberries washed
- Graham Cracker Crust (OMIT FOR COMPLETE SUGAR FREE SEE NOTE) Mix all ingredients together with a fork. Be sure that the butter is well distributed. Push mixture into the springform pan. I used a cup base to make sure it was compacted and evenly layered. Refridgerate until the filling is made.
- Filling Make sure all ingredients are at room temperature. They need to have sat out for 30 minutes at least. This helps with texture. Preheat oven to 300°F
