Red Wine Oven Baked Ribs

These ribs are made COMPLETELY different from any other ribs you've ever had! They not only fall off of the bone, they also taste like none other! I use my special family secret which combines a few minutes on the grill, a few dashes of red wine and a Whole lotta GOOD SOUTHERN CUISINE!

Red Wine Oven Baked Ribs

  • Servings: 8
  • Prep Time: 20 min
  • Cooking Time: 3 hr

Ingredients

  • Rack of Ribs
  • Red Wine
  • Rib Rub
  • Paprika
  • Brown sugar
  • Cumin
  • Garlic Salt
  • Pepper
  • Chili powder
  • Olive oil
  • Worcheshir
  • Soy Sauce

Preparation

  1. Soak both sides of rack with red Wine
  2. Combine all dry ingredients
  3. Pat a LOT of the dry ingredients into both sides of the ribs
  4. Drizzle with Olive oil over all dry seasoning
  5. Wrap Rack tight with foil
  6. Grill on each side for 7 minutes
  7. Remove and put in 400 degree oven for 1 hour
  8. Baste with sauce using Worcheshir, don't and dry ingredients
  9. Bake uncovered for 20 more minutes until fall off the bone tender
