This recipe combines egg in a nest with deluxe grilled cheese for the rushed but refined pallet

Moth Sandwich

Ingredients

  • Pepper bacon
  • Honey ham
  • Pear
  • Bread
  • Egg
  • Butter
  • Muenster cheese
  • Ghost pepper salt

Preparation

  1. Cut out hole about the size of a shot glass in 1 piece of bread
  2. Melt butter in small pan
  3. Put bread with hole in pan
  4. Crack egg in hole
  5. Cook lightly then flip
  6. Immediately after flipping, add cheese so it will melt
  7. Add cooked bacon, honey ham, thin sliced pear.
  8. Lightly sprinkle ghost pepper salt over the top
  9. Add top piece of bread with butter on top.
  10. Flip and cook until bottom piece of bread is lightly toasted
  11. Remove from heat and enjoy!
