There's something about summertime sunsets, refreshing cocktails and a warm breeze that makes me so happy. This is my Limoncello Cran Mango Cosmo. The first time that I had Limoncello was at a tiny restaurant on the island of Anguilla and I fell in love with it. I put it in cocktails and marinades and even dressings. This is the perfect cocktail to serve at your next gathering. I recently read that the trend for cocktail hour is enjoying it at home with friends, as opposed to going out. So make this recipe and invite some friends over, kick your feet up and relax. Hello, summer!

Limoncello Cran Mango Cosmo

  • Servings: 5 ounces
  • Yield: 1 serving


  • 3 ounces vodka
  • 1 ounce Limoncello
  • 1 ounce Cran Mango Juice or ½ ounce cranberry juice and ½ ounce mango juice
  • Garnish with fresh mango slice and lemon peel twist


  1. Add vodka, Limoncello and juice to a martini shaker along with some ice.
  2. Cover, shake and strain into a martini glass.
  3. Garnish with mango and lemon peel.

We have some of the best sunsets in the world, here at the Silver Lake Sand Dunes in Michigan. It is the most instagrammed place in Michigan. Since TODAY Food invited me to the Broadcast and Breakfast Event this past February, I would like to extend an invitation to TODAY Food to join me for cocktails here in Michigan.
