Put those radish greens to good use. This easy to make Radish Green Pesto is made in just a few minutes and with 5 ingredients. The perfect condiment or spread for grilled beef, fish or a slice of bread. Serve as a dip with veggies or smear a bit on a slice of radish for an extra peppery bite.
Easy Radish Green Pesto
- Yield: 1 cup
- Prep Time: 5 min
- 3 cups radish greens, rinsed thoroughly
- 2 garlic cloves
- ¼ cup toasted pine nuts
- 1 cup parmesan cheese
- ¼ cup extra virgin olive oil
- kosher salt and pepper to taste
- Throw all the ingredients into the bowl of a food processor and process until smooth, approximately 2 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Transfer to an airtight container and store in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
