We've found that the best way to keep from getting derailed by dehydration and fatigue on a busy day is to start the day with replenishing smoothie. This minty cooler our go to pre-breakfast treat.

Cantaloupe Mint Smoothie


  • ½ a medium-sized cantaloupe
  • 1 banana
  • 5-6 ice cubes
  • 10 mint leaves
  • 1 ½ cup coconut water


  1. Blend all ingredients until smooth.
