Not your typical nachos! Layered with grits, eggs, diced ham, cheese and peppers.

Breakfast Nachos


  • Grits
  • Scrambled eggs
  • Diced ham
  • Provolone cheese
  • Pickled jalapenos
  • Heirloom tomatoes
  • Italian flat leaf parsley
  • Tortilla chips


  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Layer the nachos by piling on grits, eggs, ham, cheese and jalapenos.
  3. Bake for 5-7 minutes, until cheese is melted.
  4. Remove from oven and add tomatoes and parsley.
