We don't buy the eggnog from the diary section, we make ours from scratch. Use pasteurized eggs so you can consume raw eggs safely.

Boozy EggNog

  • Servings: 1 cup
  • Yield: 8 servings
  • Prep Time: 10 min


  • 6 whole eggs
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 cups half and half
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 cup bourbon


  1. Whisk the eggs together until they are lighter in color and creamy. Mix in sugar, and stir to blend until all sugar is dissolved. Add in half and half, heavy cream, and vanilla. Stir to combine. Add in bourbon.
  2. Refrigerate for a couple of hours before serving.
