If you are following the Paleo or Whole30 diet these Bacon and Egg Cups are for you. They are full of protein and easy to eat on the go. {gluten free, paleo, whole30. low carb, keto}

Bacon and Egg Cups


  • 12 eggs
  • 12 pieces of bacon
  • 1 tbsp chopped chives


  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Cook bacon for about 8-10 minutes. Remove from pan while still pliable, not crisp.
  3. Cool on paper towels.
  4. Grease your muffin tins.
  5. Put one piece of bacon in each hole, wrapping it around to line the sides. Crack the eggs in each hole. Top with chopped chives. Salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Cook for about 12-15 minutes or until bacon is crisp. Watch closely.
