Asparagus Naan Pizza
- Yield: 1 serving
- one bunch of asparagus
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- ½ tbsp balsamic vinegar
- salt and pepper
- sun-dried tomatoes
- feta cheese
- naan bread
- Preheat your oven to 400 degrees. Cut your asparagus spears and spread on a lined baking sheet. Coat with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- Add roughly chopped garlic on top and bake in the oven for about 10 minutes.
- Brush a little bit of olive oil over the top of your naan. Place asparagus on top and sprinkle with balsamic vinegar. Place back in the oven for another 5 minutes.
- Take it out and sprinkle with roughly chopped sun-dried tomatoes and crumbled feta cheese.
