Asparagus Naan Pizza

Weeknights are tough - but this recipe only needs a few ingredients and 15 minutes. BOOM!

Asparagus Naan Pizza

  • Yield: 1 serving


  • one bunch of asparagus
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • ½ tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • salt and pepper
  • sun-dried tomatoes
  • feta cheese
  • naan bread


  1. Preheat your oven to 400 degrees. Cut your asparagus spears and spread on a lined baking sheet. Coat with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  2. Add roughly chopped garlic on top and bake in the oven for about 10 minutes.
  3. Brush a little bit of olive oil over the top of your naan. Place asparagus on top and sprinkle with balsamic vinegar. Place back in the oven for another 5 minutes.
  4. Take it out and sprinkle with roughly chopped sun-dried tomatoes and crumbled feta cheese.
