5 Ingredient (Healthy!) Mixed Berry Smoothie
- 2 cups frozen mixed berries
- Water or milk (fill it two-thirds of the way up the mixed berries. You can add more or less if you want, it just depends on how thick you like it)
- ¼-½ cup unsweetened Greek yogurt
- 1 whole banana
- ½ avocado
- Blend it all really well and drink up!
