Missy's Munchies takes breakfast to a whole new level. In less than 15 minutes you have taken crescent rolls, bacon, eggs and parmesan cheese and turned it in to the most perfect breakfast pastry.

Not Your Average Breakfast Pastry

  • Servings: 1 pastry
  • Yield: 2 servings
  • Cooking Time: 20 min

Ingredients

  • 1 tube of Crescent Rolls
  • 4 Eggs
  • 4 slices of Bacon
  • 2 tablespoons of Parmesan Cheese

Preparation

  1. Pre heat oven to 400 degrees
  2. Open tube of crescent rolls and roll into one giant square
  3. Cut dough in half (you will form two squares)
  4. Roll up edges of dough (this helps keep everything inside)
  5. Crack 2 eggs into center of dough
  6. Place 2 slices of Bacon on top of eggs
  7. Sprinkle with Parmesan Cheese
  8. Bake in the Oven for 10-12 minutes or until the eggs are cooked to your liking

Now you can cook this for longer if you like, just depends on how you like your eggs cooked. I cook mine for about 12 minutes because it is cooked to my liking.
