As a mom of 3 rambunctious boys, I was always struggling to find time to cook a good healthy family meal while usually having a kid in on my hip or throwing a fit on the floor. Well I have finally mastered a way to serve a fabulous meal with little effort and few ingredients. My recipes are simple and delicious, using no more than six ingredients with no more than six minutes of prep time.
