Healthy recipes to lower LDL and Triglycerides

I recently discovered I have high triglycerides (237) and %LDL (40) levels. In addition, I have liver disease so need to be careful with fiber intake.

Can anyone recommend good recipes or a cook book addressing these health issues? I am finding lots of low-cholesterol diets and recipes, but no one seems to address liver issues and excess fiber.
