Very Healthy!! No fat added. Sauteed shrimp and roasted tomatoes with a Bianco Vermouth reduction, finished with Garlic, crushed red pepper, and Smoked Paprika. YUM!

No fat Added Paprika Shrimp

  • Yield: 2-3 adults
  • Prep Time: 10 min
  • Cooking Time: 20 min

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ex large shrimp peeled, deveined, and butterflied - salt and pepper
  • ½ lb cherry or grape tomatoes
  • 1/4c Bianco Vermouth (not the Dry kind)
  • 1 tbsp Smoked paprika
  • pinch crushed red peppers
  • cooking spray
  • 2 minced garlic cloves
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

  1. Spray sautee pan with non-stick spray, set over med/high flame
  2. add tomatoes, sprinkle with salt, tossing every couple of minutes till they burst and blister
  3. place tomatoes in bowl and cover with foil
  4. add shrimp to pan and cook till almost pink through.
  5. add tomatoes back to pan. pour in Bianco vermouth and boil down till just barely evaporated
  6. add crushed red pepper and toss the shrimp with the Smoked Paprika
  7. Serve with your favorite grilled veggies!
