A cold pasta salad that is low- carb and guilt free. Using Dreamfields Pasta lets you enjoy the great taste of your favorite pasta without gaining the carbs.

Italian Pasta Salad

  • Yield: 4

Ingredients

  • 1 box Dreamfields Rotini Pasta If you don't want it to be low carb use regular pasta
  • 1 cucumber
  • 1 bell pepper
  • 16 oz cherry tomatoes
  • 1 jar green olives
  • 1 cup Italian Dressing (I used Sam's Choice Parmesan Basil Italian Dressing)

Preparation

  1. Start water for pasta. You want it to be at a rolling boil before you add it in. Add pasta when ready and cook for 10 minutes.
