Chickpea Feta Avocado Toast

Ingredients
- Whole grain bread
- Avocado
- Crushed red pepper
- 1 can of Chickpeas
- ¼ cup Parsley (chopped)
- Handful of Green onion (chopped)
- Feta
- Lime juice
Preparation
- Drain and rinse chickpeas
- Mix feta, chickpeas, chopped green onion and chopped parsley together
- Toast bread
- Mash avocado
- Spread avocado on bread
- Sprinkle red pepper flakes on avocado
- Spoon mixture on toast
- Enjoy!
