Chickpea Feta Avocado Toast

  • Servings: 6
  • Prep Time: 5 min
  • Cooking Time: 5 min

Ingredients

  • Whole grain bread
  • Avocado
  • Crushed red pepper
  • 1 can of Chickpeas
  • ¼ cup Parsley (chopped)
  • Handful of Green onion (chopped)
  • Feta
  • Lime juice

Preparation

  1. Drain and rinse chickpeas
  2. Mix feta, chickpeas, chopped green onion and chopped parsley together
  3. Toast bread
  4. Mash avocado
  5. Spread avocado on bread
  6. Sprinkle red pepper flakes on avocado
  7. Spoon mixture on toast
  8. Enjoy!
