Or just as likely, we’ve got questions and you’ve got answers.

I may view parenting a little differently that some because I struggled with fertility. My son is a miracle that almost didn't happen for me. I have a masters degree and was very ambitious, but the moment my son was laid in my arms, my focus changed from me to him. Now 5 years old, RJ is discovering his world, talents and possibilities, and they change daily. I work hard to provide opportunities for him to learn and explore what is possible, and he is learning to create goals to achieve. He understands hard work accomplishes great things and he isn't afraid to try, even though he might fail. We celebrate our small wins when they happen and we look as mistakes or failure as an opportunity to do it better the next time. He participates in Taekwondo and Little League Baseball, which provides challenging opportunities and competition. Above all, the biggest lesson I want RJ to learn is to be kind. Regardless of his talents, successes, or whatever, his legacy will be found in the kindness he invested in the world around him.
