My mom came from the little town of Silver Creek NY- just south of Buffalo. My dad was born and raised in the mountains least TN in a little town called Tallessee. Over 40 years ago mom made a stop in the east TN area and met my dad. Between the Italian heritage and southern heritage, I have recipes that have been in my family for generations.
