When my daughter was about a year and a half we could see her constantly learning. My wife liked to use lotion and would put some on our daughter. Well, one day we had a few packages deliver and I had to step outside to sign for them. The driver had to make multiple trips to the truck.

I grabbed the boxes brought them inside to see my daughter had gotten into the fridge, pulled out the bucket of country crock butter and was rubbing handfulls all over herself. "Lotion." She said as my mouth nearly hit the floor.

Trying to pick up a kid covered in butter while trying not to drop her was challenging. After cleaning her up I realized I had a large butter stain on the carpet. I called my wife to ask her how to get it out. She asked "Why is there butter on the rug?" I said "never mind why. I just need to know..."
