A hearty and filling breakfast or snack, this easy to make Triple Berry Smoothie Snack Jar recipe is a fantastic way to fill up without filling out. Crunchy granola, berries and yogurt are topped with a creamy smoothie made of strawberries, blueberries and raspberries for the perfect on the go breakfast.

Triple Berry Smoothie Snack Jar

  • Yield: 2 servings
  • Prep Time: 10 min

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups frozen mixed berries
  • 1 cup Plain Yogurt
  • ¾ cup Milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup mixed berries
  • ½ cup Granola
  • 1 cup Plain Yogurt

Preparation

  1. Place the frozen berries, Silk Dairy Free Plain Yogurt, Silk Plant Protein Milk and vanilla in a blender.
  2. Puree until smooth.
  3. Divide the berries evenly between two jars.
  4. Top each with half the granola and half the yogurt.
  5. Pour half the smoothie into each jar.
  6. Serve immediately or cover and refrigerate for up to 2 hours.
