Oven Roasted Brussel Sprouts

Delicious brussel sprouts roasted to perfection and are packed with flavor. These brussel sprouts are sure to be come a family favorite...my kiddos even love them!

Oven Roasted Brussel Sprouts

  • Yield: 4-6
  • Prep Time: 5 min
  • Cooking Time: 25 min

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. fresh brussel sprouts
  • 2 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tbsp. balsamic vinegar
  • salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Cut each brussel sprout in half and place on a cookie sheet or in a casserole dish.
  3. Coat with olive oil and balsamic vinegar, then sprinkle with salt and pepper. Toss to coat.
  4. Place in oven for 20-25 minutes.
  5. Remove and serve immediately.
