Deviled Eggs with a Panko spice Crust drizzled with Hot Sauce Cooked in a Air Fryer (You can Deep Fry as well in Hot Oil, can share both versions)

Healthy Deep Fried Deviled Eggs

Ingredients

  • eggs
  • Helmanns Mayo
  • Sweet Onion, finely chopped
  • Dill Pickle Relish
  • Yellow Mustard
  • Panko Bread Crumbs
  • Cayanne Pepper
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Frank's Hot Sauce
  • If Deep frying - Flour and Egg scrambled

Preparation

  1. Boil Eggs and peel and cut in half
  2. Take out center and crush in a bowl with fork
  3. mix in mayo, onions, relish, mustard
  4. add to center of egg white with fork or use piping bag
  5. In a bowl mix panko crumbs, cayanne pepper, salt, pepper
  6. If using Air Fryer roll eggs in Panko crumbs and cook in Air fryer for 20 mins on 400
  7. If using Deep Fryer roll in flour, then egg scramble, then panko and deep fry till golden
  8. drizzle with hot sauce or serve sauce on the side
  9. ** I am also going to submit my Choc Version ....Choc Deviled Eggs
