Flatbread french toast rolled up with a sweet low fat creamy greek yogurt - ricotta cheese and chocolate chip filling.

Flatbread Cannoli French Toast Roll Up

  • Servings: 4
  • Prep Time: 15 hr
  • Cooking Time: 10 hr

Ingredients

  • 4 Flatbread Wraps
  • 2 Extra Large Eggs
  • 1 cup milk (or cream)
  • 1 tsp Orange Extract, divided
  • ½ cup fat free Greek Yogurt
  • ¼ cup low fat Ricotta cheese
  • 2 Tblsp. Powdered Sugar
  • ¼ cup chocolate chip morsels
  • dash of vanilla extract

Preparation

  1. Mix egg, milk, and orange extract. Dip both sides of flatout bread into egg wash. In a non stick pan coated with cooking Spray cook the flatbread on both sides. Set aside to cool slightly.
  2. Whip together greek yogurt and ricotta cheese with vanilla. Add the powdered sugar and whip until fluffy.
  3. Fold in chocolate chips for garnish. Spread over flatbread and serve with fresh fruit.
