Not only does fruits and vegetables come into season in the spring time but also mint! My favorite flavors come from combining mint and lime together. This non-alcoholic version of a mojito is perfect for the warm weather.

A Refreshing "No"-jito

  • Prep Time: 10 min

Ingredients

  • 1 cup of fresh mint leaves
  • 3 limes
  • 6 cups of water

  1. Cut the limes into quarters and squeezed the juice in to the blender
  2. Tossed the wedges into the blender itself.
  3. Add the mint leaves and water into the blender.
  4. Pulse the blender 10times or till the ingredients looks like its been roughly chopped.
  5. Then strain the mixture out into a pitcher.
  6. Stir in the agave, you may add more or less to your taste.
  7. Serve over ice (options garnish with mint and lime).
