Becoming a parent is a blessing. We are genetically programmed to give birth to new humans but that does not consist "parentship". You don't have to be educated or rich or whatever to become a good parent. From my work as a pediatrician for more than 15 years what I have learnt is that kids need parents not prizes! Giving time to your child, no matter if he/she is a toddler or an adolescent, listening and communicating is love. And this is what they need. Because, we may be parents for ever but we have a "deadline" to raise our children. That is something we may never neglect. Every day is unique and time never draws back! So, think, love, enjoy!
