Parents, you’ve got questions, we’ve got answers.

Or just as likely, we’ve got questions and you’ve got answers.

Our daughter, Avery Purvis, has been amazing through this. She’s a senior at Hagerty High School. She realizes that all of this is out of our control. It’s a bummer that she won’t have prom, Grad Bash, and a typical graduation ceremony. We will create a graduation ceremony here at home with her dog, Petey included. She’s thrilled that he can now attend. These kids are making history. This class of 2020 will have a pretty interesting story to tell their kids and their grandkids. It will be like no other class.

We are embracing it and making the best of the situation as a family. Avery is enjoying having her sister home from college and having me working from home. Enjoying the extra family time.

Our kids will be ok if we are ok. They still model our behaviors even as a senior in high school. They need us to stay positive and hopeful. We can celebrate them every day for their resilence and perseverance through this time in their lives.
