Or just as likely, we’ve got questions and you’ve got answers.

It's ok to have a bad day.

It's ok to be melancholy without having a reason to be.

It's ok to spend the day in bed and not sleep a wink, or sleep the entire day away.

It's ok to binge an entire Netflix show in less than 24 hours.

It's ok to not take a shower or put on pants.

It's ok to let the dishes sit in the sink and the dirty clothes lay on the floor.

It's ok to look in the mirror and not particularly like yourself very much today.

It's ok to ask for time alone.

It's ok to turn your phone off.

It's ok to not do all. the. things. for a day.

It's ok to give yourself a timeout.

It's ok keep the curtains closed and cry it out.

It's ok to not be ok.

Tomorrow the sun will rise the same as it did today.

And maybe, just maybe, tomorrow you will be ok.
