Parents, you’ve got questions, we’ve got answers.

Or just as likely, we’ve got questions and you’ve got answers.

I live in the space between 140 and 155lbs.

I know we're not supposed to talk numbers and share our weight because that emphasizes something it shouldn't -- appearance.

It's taken me 35 years, three kids, 13 years of marriage, a consistently fluctuating weight and equally oscillating sense of self-confidence to realize

I CAN LIVE IN ANY DAMN SPACE I WANT AND STILL BE WORTHY.

STILL BEAUTIFUL.

STILL AWESOME.

The space you occupy today may not be the space you occupy

tomorrow,

next week,

next month

or in five years.

Grant "this space" the presence and appreciation it deserves by knowing that you, at any weight, deserve to have your presence known and appreciated.

Being 'food smart' is good and being healthy is even better, but dang it, if it ain't most important that you enjoy your life, honor its seasons and gorge on its sweeter, carb-heavy, fried or cheesy bits.
