So I have a question for you parents. My husband and his ex have a child, my beautiful step-daughter. So he went to her to give her the dates that he wishes to spend his shared parenting summer with his daughter. His ex promptly told him that with those dates, he wouldn't be able to see his daughter for a month because those would be her four weeks. now obviously he doesn't want to go a whole month without seeing her, so he did some research. their court order states that they each get four weeks with the child, but " it shall be scheduled in two (2) week periods" His ex has other time slots to have her two weeks. I was just wondering if she could actually take her for four straight weeks, or if she would have to break up her summer time?
