One of the most important things you can do when it comes to exercising while pregnant is to make sure that you are listening to your body. You might have been able to exercise for a straight 45 minutes before you were pregnant. You might have been able to go even longer than that without having to worry about taking any breaks. However, you are pregnant now and you have to make sure that you are listening to your body. If your body is telling you that after twenty minutes, or even after ten minutes, that you need to stop, then you need to stop.

Remember to Relax

Make sure that you are not over working yourself. Even if you worked out 7 days a week before, you are going to want to make sure that you are cutting it down to 3 or 4 days a week. This way, you will be able to get the exercise that your body still needs, without over doing it.
