Or just as likely, we’ve got questions and you’ve got answers.

My husband and I have been together almost 13 years. My sophomore year of college I NEEDED a dog. My family had only ever owned cars and I wanted to know the companionship of “man’s best friend.” I found an ad in the newspaper and my sister-in-law and I went “just to look.” One I saw him, I knew. I placed a deposit on the most handsome, playful pup in the litter. Tucker just turned 11 years old in April and has been the best dog anyone could ever ask for. Sure, he grew up in the country so was never leash trained. Which means when we moved to Pittsburgh, life with a country pup was a little rough! But he was my first “kid.” We found out we were pregnant with our son almost 6 years ago, and we knew Tucker and he would be best friends. They did not disappoint. Through the ear pulls and the tail tugs, Tucker only showed affection. It was the same when we had our daughter 2 1/2 years later. Even as an “old man,” Tucker is the gentlest pup ever! I am so glad we found him and made him part of our family. Since he has fathered (and grandfathered) two more pups for us who have made our home complete.
